Guido Melo

Guido Melo is an Afro-Brazilian-Latinx multilingual author and poet based in Naarm, Melbourne. He graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Writing & Digital Media from Victoria University. Guido’s work can be found in Meanjin Quarterly, Kill Your Darlings, Peril, Colournary, Mantissa Poetry, Ascension Magazine, SBS Voices, SBS Portuguese, Cordite Poetry Review, Voz Limpia, Alma Preta Jornalismo, Guia Negro News and Negrê. He is also a contributor to the critically-acclaimed anthologies Growing Up African in Australia and Racism: Stories on Fear, Hate & Bigotry.
