Mualla Aydoğan is a Turkish-Australian writer from south-west Sydney. She has a Bachelors of Communication from Western Sydney University and a Masters of Arts in Writing and Literature from Deakin University. Mualla has previously contributed to Mamamia as a freelance writer and assisted with editorial at Youkie Magazine, a print publication that creates content for pre-teens. Her work has also appeared in the lifestyle guide Hunter and Bligh, the arts critics program StoryCasters, and Sweatshop’s Ritual: A Collection of Muslim Australian Poetry.
